Michel Ramirez
Michel, an accomplished graduate of Owatonna High School in 2015, embarked on a healthcare journey by excelling in Riverland Community College’s Nursing Program. After serving as a CNA/PCT at Allina Hospital in 2017, Michel expanded her expertise by obtaining practical nursing licensure in 2019. Embarking on a rewarding three-year journey as a travel nurse and gained a wealth of diverse experiences. During this time, her interest in business management blossomed, leading her to become a valuable partner in the success of Express Lane Staffing in 2020.
What sets Michel apart is not only her solid background in nursing and business transactions but also her unwavering dedication to creating an assisted living experience that transcends expectations. Michel, clients are more than residents to her—they become cherished members of an extended family.
